Site coordination & construction management
Construction activities frequently depend on one another. Concrete cannot be placed before relevant preparation is complete, and access arrangements may affect building and finishing activities.
When multiple RAMZ services are engaged on the same project, activities can be planned as one coordinated package. When RAMZ works alongside a main contractor, responsibilities and interfaces should be agreed before work starts.
HSEQ
Construction involves risks associated with work at height, scaffolding, temporary works, concrete, equipment, materials and site movement.
We recognise the importance of responsible planning, safe access, organised work areas and compliance with applicable project and legal requirements.
Quality results from preparation, appropriate materials, competent workmanship, clear instructions and effective coordination.
Construction can affect surrounding areas through material use, waste, dust, noise, water use and site disturbance. We aim to follow project-specific environmental requirements.
Materials, equipment & resources
Construction delivery depends on having labour, materials, equipment and temporary works available when the programme needs them. We consider these requirements during project planning.
